Comfortable bedding and a lovely Christmas atmosphere.

The location near the train station and a big shopping center was perfect for us. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep after a long day. We appreciated the clean and spacious room, along with the free beverages in the lobby which made it easy to grab a refreshment anytime. the noise from external traffic was bothersome at night. Our room lacked air-conditioning, making it warm and uncomfortable. Communication with the staff had its ups and downs. while they were generally polite, the service during breakfast could use improvement. The breakfast options were often limited and did not meet our expectations, with many items lacking freshness.

Consider bringing your own snacks, as the hotel fridge may not keep items cool and breakfast options can be limited in quality.

Had a lekker time! The room was smallish but super comfy, and the shower was just what I needed after a long day. Free parking nearby was a bonus. Didn’t do brekkie, but the options looked decent!

Early check-in wasn't honored, leading to confusion and delays. The fridge overheated and failed to keep drinks cool. A single desk fan failed to cool an already warm room. Flickering hallway lights went unaddressed for over five days. Bathroom doors had closing and locking issues. Traffic noise seeped in through insufficiently insulated windows, making for a restless night. Breakfast offerings were low-quality, with stale items and a loud TV disrupting the meal experience.

my stay at dormero was fantastic this summer. the spacious and modern room exceeded my expectations! loved the proximity to transport and great food options nearby.

The hotel was clean,, and it had a great fitness room with all the equipment you need for a solid workout. The beds, they were super comfy, just what we needed after a long trip.

It was a bit pricey but still manageable.

Housekeeping was attentive and kept everything immaculate the bar area offered a nice selection of snacks and drinks and it was conveniently located near public transport making it easy to explore the area.

The staff could be a bit more welcoming, as the check-in process felt somewhat cold.
